To take part in a Key Changes project you must be currently using mental services and have a CPA (Care Plan Approach) supported by a care coordinator or key worker unless otherwise indicated on the service you are interested in.

Please complete and return an Application Form. We will contact you to arrange an interview about your musical interests and an assessment of your health or any access issues that may affect your participation. Your care-coordinator or key worker can accompany you to the interview.

Our services may occasionally be offered to residents of specific geographic areas, certain age groups or other backgrounds, in which case this will be made clear on relevant details.

Please Note: Our programmes are seasonal and subject to funding. There is often a waiting list and it can sometimes take up to 3 months from initial contact for a place to become available.

Volunteers: If you are interested in volunteering opportunities with us please contact us with your CV and a covering letter. Volunteers are required to complete our in-house music mentoring course and apply for an enhanced Criminal Records Bureau disclosure before being considered for a role.
