Live performance is a key component of our therapeutic approach. Performing original material produced in our studios at public concerts and events can provide a major boost to our artists’ confidence and self-esteem. It’s also a powerful way of challenging stigma and discrimination around mental health issues.
Our shows at mainstream venues and in mental health settings are inspiring and life-affirming for performers and audiences alike. Our talented musicians, singers, rappers and producers perform an energising mix of pop, rock, hip hop, reggae, jazz, folk, soul, funk and anything in between!
Our spring / summer 2016 tour takes in a wildly diverse range of venues from our home base at Islington’s St Lukes Community Centre to the leafy glade of Camley Street Natural Park in King’s Cross via the beguiling art of the Bethlem Gallery, vibrant London street parties in Caledonian Road and Whitecross Street, a vegan and raw feast courtesy of Asparagasm and screenings of the provocative and politically-charged documentary film “Behind the Locked Door – Mental Health and the Black Community”.
See you there!
