We recently took part in an event organised by the Camden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust to promote the value of the arts in recovery from mental illness. Our presentation focused on the culturally-relevant approach to music therapy that we have developed over the last 10 years on the wards at the Trust’s hospitals (St. Pancras Hospital and Highgate Mental Health Centre) and at other in-patient acute, intensive care, rehabilitation and forensic psychiatric hospital settings for children and adults experiencing mental health problems.

The highlight of the event was an energising and inspiring performance from our artists Mizz V and Muz (pictured) who beguiled the audience with their powerfully honest and emotional tracks recorded in our Central London studios.
