Performance & progression
Creative opportunities that build confidence, connections and practical routes into volunteering, training and work.

Key Changes artists can share original work on digital streaming platforms, perform in supportive settings and develop experience across creative and professional roles.
The focus is personal: taking part might mean a first open mic, helping at an event, supporting another participant or preparing for education and employment.

Performance
Live performance is a key part of the Key Changes approach.
Artists can perform original music developed in our studios at supportive open-mic nights and concerts. Taking to the stage can build confidence and self-esteem, bring people together and challenge stigma around mental health.
Our events are welcoming, energising spaces for both performers and audiences.

Progression after your programme
For people aged 18+ who have completed a Key Changes programme and want to stay involved, build experience and take their next step.
Choose from weekly online and in-person opportunities. Each completed activity earns credits towards free studio time.
These experiences can support progression into education, training or employment while keeping artists connected to the Key Changes community.
